What is the Dermacare Aesthetic Vault?

The Dermacare Aesthetic Vault is an exclusive membership program designed to help you save for your aesthetic goals while enjoying perks along the way.

How does the Vault work?

Each month, your $149 membership fee buys you credits that are added to your personal Vault account. You can use these credits at any time toward purchases. Members also receive 15% off regular-priced Dermacare products and services.

Are there any exclusions to the 15% discount? Can I combine discounts?

The discount applies to all Dermacare products and non-surgical services unless otherwise specified. Surgical procedures, gift cards, special promotions, or packages may not be eligible for additional discounts. Please check with us for details.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, memberships are for a minimum of 6 months and then will auto-renew month-to-month.

Can I cancel my membership?

The Aesthetic Vault requires a 6-month commitment and there is no early cancellation option. However, you may cancel any time after your initial 6-month term. Upon cancellation, credits already in your Vault will remain available for use on Dermacare services or products. They do not expire, even after cancellation.

Can I withdraw credits from my Vault?

Vault credits are non-refundable and can only be used for Dermacare services or products.

What if I don’t use my Vault credits right away?

No problem! Your Vault credits never expire. You can save them up for bigger treatments or use them when it’s convenient for you.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to one month at a time. The expiration date of the initial term of the membership will be extended by the duration of the freeze.

USAGE QUESTIONS

Can I transfer my Vault credits to someone else?

Vault credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.

What happens if I miss a monthly payment?

If a payment fails, your membership benefits will be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. We’ll contact you to ensure your account remains active.

How do I check my Vault balance?

You can check your Vault balance at any time by contacting our front desk.

RENEWAL & CHANGES

How does auto-renewal work?

After the initial 6-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the renewal period. This ensures uninterrupted access to your Vault and membership perks.

Can I upgrade or adjust my membership?

At this time, the Dermacare Aesthetic Vault is a single-tier program. However, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our offerings and may introduce additional options in the future.
