Dermacare is a well-established medical practice in North San Diego County (Carlsbad and Rancho Bernardo) offering a range of professional skincare and minimally-invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox®, dermal fillers, laser skin rejuvenation, body shaping, and more.

Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our marketing manager in creating impactful, creative and cohesive print and digital content for the Dermacare brand. At Dermacare, we believe that building relationships is the key to our success. This role will allow an opportunity for an intern to make connections within the medical aesthetic industry, learn about the patient journey, and develop valuable experience in creating cohesive original branded content.

Duties

• Create and edit original content for Dermacare’s social media channels using tools in the Adobe Suite or Canva
• Manage posting schedule and schedule the release of our monthly email campaigns
• Be present in each clinic and film/photograph any live footage of procedures/happenings for daily posts
• Assist with Dermacare’s annual “Open House” event , scheduled for August 2022
• Communicate effectively with the Dermacare staff
• Develop working knowledge of all Dermacare products and medical procedures to ensure accurate/detailed content creation

Content Marketing Intern Details

Duration: 12 weeks

Schedule: Part-time or full-time considered

Timing: Mid May – August

Location: Rancho Bernardo, Carlsbad, with opportunity for remote work 1 day a week.
