About Valerie

Born and raised in San Diego, Valerie is Dermacare’s Marketing Director.

Valerie has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in media studies from San Diego State University, and has been managing social media channels and creating content for brands for over 10 years. She manages Dermacare’s internal and external marketing campaigns and helps advise and coach our staff on how to best promote and represent Dermacare.

She loves being the woman behind the curtain of Dermacare’s Instagram stories, and loves project managing Dermacare’s semi-annual Open House events. Valerie loves writing, cooking, and petting any type of animal that crosses her path.
