One women told Cosmo she chose to keep her treatments secret after her fiancé warned her to never even “think about” having a procedure done. His view of Botox was overdone celebrities that looked far from natural after their treatments.
This woman has continued to keep her Botox regimen a secret from her significant other for seven years.
